If you would ask me to describe myself in one word, that’s ‘simple’. Pero sabi nila, suplada daw sa unang tingin at seryoso! Yeah, I admit, may pagkasuplada nga ako sa mga taong hindi ko kilala. Pero sa una lang yun. Dahil kapag nakilala mo na ko, you’ll say madaldal din pala ang babaeng ‘to. Hehehe… Honestly, many of my colleagues are saying ang ingay ko… that’s true, matinis kasi ang boses ko, hahaha. Pero once you get to know me better, you’ll discover the jolly side of me. And yeah, seryoso nga ako, pero nasa lugar. Kapag kailangang magfocus sa isang bagay, I’m dead serious at it! I am a goal oriented and self-motivated person kasi.
What do you usually do on your free time? Any hobbies?
On my free time, meron pa ba ko nun? Hehe,… as usual, writing novels,…listening to music, minsan natutulog ng maghapon, hehe…browsing internet, chatting with friends, reading books, playing with my nephews… (Hayyy, I just realized I still have free time to at least unwind a little after a week of pile of work….)
What are the places that you would want to visit in the future?
European countries specially France, Rome, Greece, Spain, places rich in historic events… ewan ko ba kung bakit hook na hook ako sa mga historical places pati sa mga binabasa ko, gusto ko na historical din ang setting…

Go for it! If two person are really meant for each other, no distance is too near or too far for one another. Love conquers even the farthest place in this universe.

It depends on the person carrying it. Sexy if that person is not nagmamayabang and nasty if that person is just showing off.
Isang Linggong Pag-ibig….True love or Kabaliwan?
Maybe true, maybe yes… depends on the person experiencing it. Afterall, its still love we’re talking about. Love may take many forms and people go crazy for love.
What made you decide to write romance?
It’s not a decision. I just found out myself one day having a collection of novels I have written. I am not that aware myself that I am already writing until one day I found out I have written so many novels. I just realized that time that writing is a natural energy flowing through my system…
Where do you usually get your inspiration….in writing sex/sexy scenes? Do you use your OWN experiences?
Never had any experiences. I believe I got the idea from the movies I’ve seen as well as from different books I have read and I’m reading.
What’s your writing process like? Where do you get ideas? How many hours a day (or days? Months? Years?) Do you work on a single manuscript?
When I was in high school and was just starting writing, I write my novels in a yellow paper. Before, I prefer writing it first in a ¼ size yellow paper before typing it. Its more effective style for me during those times because I can easily write the stories that would suddenly pop-out of my mind whenever and wherever I am. When I was still studying, I spent a week or two writing a single novel. But now that I have a job, I have lesser time for my novels it takes me a month to do it.
Ideas would just suddenly pop-out my mind. It would flow as I write, until I got to finish my novel.
Who is your favorite author? Would you say that your writing style is similar to him/her?
Julie Garwood, Amanda Quick, Mary Balogh, Julie Ann Long and Johanna Lindsey, Judith Mcnaught (Fictional/Historical Romance Novels), Og Mandino (Inspirational books). I think I have my own style of writing my novels. Or maybe I’m not just aware of any similarities.
How do you deal with writer’s block?
I simply divert my attention to other things and other hobbies. I don’t force myself, mahirap kapag pinuwersa mo sarili mo mag-isip, lalo ka lang maba-block.
What piece of advice would you give to aspiring romance writers out there? (There are millions, I tell you!)
NEVER GIVE UP YOUR TALENT! ALWAYS BELIEVE IN YOURSELF THAT YOU CAN MAKE THINGS HAPPEN FOR YOU! ALWAYS HAVE A POSITIVE OUTLOOK IN LIFE!
Your talents are just waiting for you to be discovered. Even if you are in a different career (aside from writing), you can always make way for your talents as long as you believe in yourself!
In all honesty, what are the joys of writing romance novels?
Writing is sometimes an escape to the reality if you want to break away from the stressful world we are in (depends on what you’re writing). Writing is also the reflection of how you want yourself and your love life to be, and sometimes of the man of your dreams. You can bring yourself to different places. You can create your own characters and you can always choose to have a happy ending. Those are the joys of writing.
