To all our online shoppers:

• How do I know if my order has been accepted?
       You will first receive an automated reply with the subject, ORDER RECEIVED, THANK YOU. Following shortly is a THANK YOU FOR YOUR ORDER email confirming your order and the total price including shipping. Once we received your payment, your order shall be processed and we will send a THANK YOU FOR YOUR PAYMENT email containing acknowledgment for your payment and shipment details.
• When will I receive my order? How will I be informed of the progress of my order?
       The THANK YOU FOR YOUR PAYMENT email will also contain the estimated shipping and delivery date of you order. We will also notify you immediately should there be delays or any changes in the shipment.
• Can I still change my order?
       Before placing your order, please make sure you’ve checked everything you need. You can still change your order as long as you haven’t made your payments yet. Once you received the THANK YOU FOR YOUR PAYMENT email, we can no longer change the order since the order is already processed and in transit.
• Can I cancel my order?
       If you received the THANK YOU FOR YOUR ORDER email and you wish to cancel, please email us immediately. However, you can no longer cancel your order once we received your payment because the order is already processed and in transit.
• What if the book I ordered is out of stock?
       We will notify you immediately via email if the books you ordered are no longer available or out of stock.
• What happens if I didn’t receive my THANK YOU FOR ORDER and THANK YOU FOR YOUR PAYMENT emails?
       Please make sure that the email address on your order is correct and that the email has not been directed to a spam folder.
• What are the available modes of payment?
       We are currently accepting payments thru bank transfer only.
• Is there a limit to the quantity of books we can order? What if we want to order books beyond the limit?
       For Local online buyers, the minimum order is 2 pcs and the maximum is 400 pcs. For orders more than 400, email info@bookwarepublishing.com.

       For International online buyers, the minimum order is 10pcs and the maximum order is 60pcs. For orders more than 60, email info@bookwarepublishing.com.
