Tell us more about yourself:
I am a full-time housewife and mother right now and I am enjoying every moment of it. I missed the Philippines but I am starting to take my roots here in Germany. I speak German now but the grammar is still terrible hahahahaha.
What else? I love being on the sidelines and just observing people. At first, people think I am arrogant and serious but when they get to know me better I am a warm and loving person. I also have my funny side and love to laugh at impossible jokes. I try to enjoy life to the fullest by savoring small moments and keeping them in my heart.
What do you usually do on your free time? Any hobbies?
Aside from being a mother to my baby, I love to watch movies, listen to music, read books and surf the Interne, take a long walk or jog.
What are the places that you would want to visit in the future?
I would like to visit Japan with my husband to see a green tea plantation. It is our dream to smell fresh green tea leaves and taste it. We would also want to visit a small village in Greece where we can taste an authentic Greek dish prepared by a local housewife.
Three things that you’re addicted to:
First, I love to eat and cook which is a passion I share with my husband. I like to try out new recipes (for the moment I am experimenting on Greek dishes. Last time, it was Italian). Siyempre, number one pa rin sa akin ang Pinoy dishes (maanghang na sinigang and patis, sinampalukang tilapya, pinakbet, etc. Hay miss ko na ang sinigang na bangus sa bayabas at dinengdeng ni nanay.
Second, I am addicted to flea markets. Gustong-gusto ko iyong nakikipagtawaran. Kapag nakuha ko iyong gusto kong presyo, ang saya! Afterwards, I compare the price to the actual price in malls and when I saw that I got a better price, lalong high ang feeling.
Third, I am addicted to my husband and my baby. I can’t give and get enough hugs and kisses from them.

What made you decide to write romance?
I am a romantic person. Whenever I hear a story, I always have a definite romantic angle in my head.
Where do you usually get your inspiration….in writing sex/sexy scenes? Do you use your OWN experiences?
Hey, naughty question. Well, it is a mix from real life and imagination.
What’s your writing process like? Where do you get ideas? How many hours a day (or days? Months? Years?) Do you work on a single manuscript?
I will be talking about my writing process on romantic books alone. You see, if I am writing a screenplay it is different. A romantic book is easier for me, more fun and spontaneous. I start with my lead characters first. I jot down notes on their personalities, likes and dislikes, fears and dreams. I don’t want my characters to be stereotypes and so perfect. Second, I will think of situations where they would fall in love. If I concentrate well, I write 10 pages a day. It doesn’t matter where I am, I don’t need to be in a quiet place to write. I just need a paper and a pen and I can be transported to the place where I want to be.
Who is your favorite author? Would you say that your writing style is similar to him/her?
I read different books like Liwayway Bautista, Jessica Zafra, Paulo Coello, and many others. I think I have my own writing style.
How do you deal with writer’s block?
Take a walk.
What piece of advice would you give to aspiring romance writers out there? (There are millions, I tell you!)
In all honesty, what are the joys of writing romance novels?
The pleasure of seeing your books in the National Bookstore and seeing you name on it and receiving feedbacks from readers that your story touched their hearts.
